As a Visualizer specializing in luxury residential architecture, with a focus on towers in specific for this role, you will play a crucial role in bringing our architectural visions to life through compelling visual representations. Working closely with our design team, you will be responsible for creating stunning visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts, aesthetics, and spatial arrangements. Your work will contribute significantly to the overall success of our projects, helping clients and stakeholders visualize and understand the final built environment. 

• 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural visualization, with a focus on residential projects, particularly towers.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial arrangements, and construction methodologies.

• Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.

• Proven ability to produce high-quality 3D models and renderings. 

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and challenges.

• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of residential architectural visualization projects, with an emphasis on towers.

• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of successful luxury residential projects. 

• Visualization Development: Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into high-quality visualizations.

• 3D Modeling: Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp) to create accurate and detailed 3D models of residential tower designs, incorporating architectural elements, materials, and spatial configurations.

• Rendering: Produce photorealistic renderings that showcase lighting, textures, materials, and other key design features to accurately represent the final built environment.

• Design Enhancement: Apply post-production techniques to enhance visualizations, including color correction, compositing, and special effects, to create visually stunning presentations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure that visualizations meet the highest standards of accuracy, realism, and quality, adhering to project timelines and specifications.

• Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, designers, clients, and contractors, to incorporate feedback and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
