NASH is seeking a highly motivated and talented Mid-Level Design Architect to join our passionate team. You will be an integral part of our creative process, contributing to the conceptualization and development of bespoke luxury residential villa designs. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and innovative architect to refine their skills while being immersed in the world of high-end residential architecture.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, with a focus on residential villas projects. 

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Rhino, Enscape, Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of architectural villa design principles, space planning, and building codes.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A portfolio showcasing villa design abilities, with an emphasis on luxury residential projects, is required.

• Design Development: Collaborate with senior architects and designers in creating innovative and captivating luxury residential design concepts that align with client visions and preferences.

• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Utilize design software to develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renderings, bringing design concepts to life for client presentations and internal review.

• Material and Product Research: Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies related to luxury residential design, integrating them creatively into project proposals.

• Project Coordination: Work closely with the project team, including interior designers and consultants, to ensure seamless integration of architectural and interior elements within the luxury residential projects.

• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by staying updated on industry trends, attending workshops, and seeking opportunities for growth within the firm.
